The 'take again' option does not appear for all participants that fail to meet the threshold to pass an end-of-course assessment. The course has been tested in Rise and on the LMS and I cannot reproduce the results these participants have encountered. Their results have been confirmed via screenshots wherein the 'Try Again' option is not visible.
