It sounds like you don't plan on hosting your course in a learning management system. In that case, could you build your quiz in a third-party tool (like Google Forms) and embed it in a Rise lesson? That way, you could have access to your learners' responses.
Yes, I would love a hand in getting started! I can build my quiz in a different way but I don't know how this would work. Can you please work with me Alyssa Gomez to help me get this going?
I know this post is over a year old, but I'm hoping you might be able to help me out. I have a client who does on-site training and wants to be able to send an assessment to his learners after the training session is over. He provides training to learners that aren't a part of his company, so therefore they would not have access to the LMS. I suggested building an assessment in Rise so he can send a link out to any/all of his learners. He would like to have some sort of tracking in place so he can see who clicks on and completes the assessment. Is something like this possible in Rise when an LMS won't be used?

You bet, Joshua!
To track and record quiz results, you'll want to export a Rise 360 course as an LMS package and host the course on a learning management system.
Rise 360 supports xAPI-, SCORM-, and AICC-compliant LMSs.
Is there a way to do this without exporting it to a LMS?
I built a quiz in a course and would like to review the answers of my participants and I don't know how to do that. Look for help!
Hi Linda,
If you are not using a LMS, there is no bookmarking, or recording of student results.
If you are using a LMS, it should track quiz results.
How you view those quiz results depends on which LMS you are using.

Let me know if you'd like a hand getting started!

Sure thing, Linda!
First, what tool will you use to build the quiz? Will you have a URL link to the quiz when you're done building it?

Hi Stefanie,
Using a link to a Rise course does not produce any student tracking or data collection.
