The Share link is a great option to get the course into your learner's hands instantly and quickly, but if you're looking to track their progress, access, etc. hosting in an LMS would be my recommendation.
I know a few folks have also looked at using a URL shortener (bitly comes to mind) as they often include an option to track analytics associated with it (it may have a fee). You could place the Share link into the URL shortener site and add the tracking/analytics there.
Just one idea to get you started - what have others in the community done to set this up?
