transferring course ownership when owner has left the organisation

I've seen some chat from 2-3 years ago about how to transfer ownership of a course from a person who has left the organisation.  I clicked on the video 'how to' link and the 'step by step instructions' link, but those links are no longer available.

Can anyone please tell me how to do this?

Hi Jill,

If your organization has an Articulate 360 Teams account, someone in your organization is set up as the Articulate 360 Teams account Administrator. 

The administrator has the ability to remove the outgoing team member, and to assign ownership of all their courses to any other team member.

Ask the administrator to transfer ownership of this (any any other courses) to yourself.

Here is how you can find out who the Administrator is for your organization Teams account:

Hover over your icon in the top right-hand corner of this Rise forum page.

Click Account

Click Team Info.

You will see the name and email address of your Teams administrator.
