Hi, i made a quiz in Rise that draws questions out of different question banks. I just received the translated version of the quiz but i see now only the quiz has been translated, not any of the questions. If i go to my question banks, i don't see the option to get this exported for translation. Can you help me out asap please?

A fix for the bug being discussed in this thread was released in a previous update of Rise 360. If Question Bank draws are still absent from an exported XLIFF translation file, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.

Hi RISE team, when I export a RISE course that contains a "draw from question bank", the questions from the bank appear in the translated xliff file, but there is no new question bank, and the original question bank is not translated either. Is there a way to have the questions not only in the translated course, but also in a question bank? Thanks in advance. Martin
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We're still working on a known bug where Rise 360 draw from question banks are not included in the exported XLIFF translation file. We'll leave a message here as soon as a fix is released for this issue.
