We are having difficulty uploading two of our Rise courses to the LMS. The only thing we can think of that is different from the few others that we have uploaded (we are new to this) is that we included a storyline block (an interactive glossary) at the end of each of the courses. Could that be it? How do we fix it?
There were several errors, but the first one is: Cannot upload 'story.swf' swf files are not allowed
I found a post from 10 months ago that looks like it might be the same issue I am having. I am using Cornerstone as the LMS too. Does it matter if the player in storyline was classic or modern? I used classic. I hate how the black border appears in Rise when everything else is so white and crisp. But is classic player the reason I am getting the swf error?
Ok, we took the Storyline block out and we are still getting the same errors. Any ideas or suggestions? I am not sure what is different from the other course that were able to be sent to our LMS.
