I've just recently starting using Rise 360 and am having issues changing the prepopulated air balloon image from the labeled gallery option. I click on the edit button on the upper left hand side, but nothing happens. Is there another option to accomplish this task?
Once you have selected Edit on the left hand side of the screen, you also need to scroll down to the bottom of the balloon image and select the other Edit button to edit the image itself. This will give you the option to upload a new image.
