The client downloaded and unzipped the files that were sent. Everything works nicely when they launch the index file from their computer.
The issue comes when they move things to Sharepoint. It doesn’t launch and they just get a blank screen.
They are using Sharepoint in Microsoft 365, previously known as Microsoft Online.
From searching threads this version is not able to launch an .html and some suggested solutions have been to convert / save the file as an .aspx file but this has not worked. We get the same result.
