Hi, I'm trying to upload MP4 movies into a timeline. 8 out of 10 movies works perfect. But two of them doesn't work at all. It's the same format, aprox, same size, and the movies works perfectly in any other program. The message says someting like: Ooops, something went working, try again. If it doesn't work contact support.
Anyone having a suggestion of what could be wrong?
Hi Ylva! So sorry to hear that some of your mp4 files are not uploading to Rise.
Are the videos below 5GB? If they are less than the 5GB limit, would you be able to share with us the videos that are getting the error by opening a case here?
One of our technical support engineers will take a look at it and check.
