Using Rise 360 Process block for a non-linear process
Apr 16, 2020
I have a non-linear process as follows. How can I use the standard "Process Block" to show this?
First Step. Terms of Reference (TOR)
Second Optional Step. Request for Information (RFI)
Third Step Option 1. Direct Appointment of Supplier
Third Step Option 2. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
Third Step Option 3. Request for Proposal (RFP)
I know I can make a visio/.ppt/excel to make a process and then add it in Rise 360 as a picture, but to stay consistent I prefer to use the Standard Process block offered by Rise 360. Problem is it seems like just made for linear processes? For instance, each step automatically comes with a top header Step 1 -> Step 2 -> and so on. So if I want to have say, Step 1 -> Step 2 -> Step 3a -> Step 3b and so on.. I cannot?

Hello, Sahil!
There are lots of ways you can represent a non-linear process in Rise 360, aside from using a process block.
Check out this sample I created for you. In this sample, I used a timeline block and a labeled graphic block — would either of those options work for you?
