Video - no sound on iphone

I've successful exported a course from Rise360 to LMS Scorm 2004 (Edition 4). When I've uploaded it to Litmos(SAP) it works perfectly on my laptop BUT when I open it on my iphone all content works fine but the videos show with no sound. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thanks

Hi Margaret! Thanks for reaching out! There are a couple of things I would recommend that you try:

  1. Open the course Share link from your iPhone, and check to see if the audio plays there. 
  2. Open the course on another mobile device, or ask a colleague to open the course from their device, and see if the audio plays correctly.
  3. Double-check that the audio toggle on the side of your iPhone is not set to mute, and check that the volume is turned up.
