Hi all - a client has integrated a Rise Module over SCORM into their LMS. Unfortunately the videos won't play. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Hi there, Philipp. When we've seen this error in the past, deleting and re-adding the video block, and exporting the course again typically solves it. Can you do that and provide a new package to your client to upload to the LMS?
