Videosize

Hi

After not being able to solve this myself I hope someone here has a answer for me :)

I have tried to both embed a video as well as up load a video, to get it to appear smaller. But it keeps being massive! I´ve changed the size to smaller in the embed code, changed the size to smaller when exporting the video and also chosen "small" under the edit-tab. None of these options work!
The movie is still massive, which doesnt work . 
How can I make it appear smaller , (but not supersmall of course ).
Have a look at the picture ! I cant get a better one since the movie is this big..

This is what the embed code says, - I´ve changed the size to a smaller one but it´s just as big:
