This afternoon I can't see any of my uploaded jpg's in my Rise courses. The .png images are visible.
If I try to upload or replace any new image (jpg or png), I get the message "Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0". Until an hour and a half before there was no problem.
I work with Google Chrome, but the problem also occurs in IE.
Anyone else having the same problem? And if there is a solution.....
Thanks for reaching out here - our team was seeing a similar slow loading or error this AM, around the same time you posted here. It should be fixed now, but please let us know if you're still having an issue with your images! It would help to know the course title and the lesson title where these images are causing an error.
The issue we are having is once the Rise course is uploaded to the LMS the "Continue" button/graphic is not displaying. When you hover over the area it is clear a link is there and you can click to advance to the next section - however the button is not displaying.
So sorry you've run into this issue! Please go ahead and submit a case with our support team so they can take a closer look at what's going on here and help you resolve this. Thanks!

Hello Ashley,
Thank you for the quick response. I took a quick look and it seems to be working again. Also uploading an image works fine.
Thanks,
No problem, Sjoerd and I'm glad you're back up in running.
