I would like to create an assessment that requires the learner to review a document and click on the mistakes. They would have to identify all of the mistakes but only get a limited number of attempts. Has anyone else done this or have ideas on how to do it? Thank you.

Hi Charles! This sounds like the perfect opportunity to use a Storyline Block in your Rise 360 course!
You could design the assessment in Storyline 360 using freeform hotspot questions. Then, insert the slides into Rise 360 using the Storyline Block.
You can even choose to track the Rise 360 course by completion of the Storyline Block. Just choose that option when you export your Rise 360 course as an LMS package. See this article for details.
