Attached is a part of an image I have used as a title image. The before shows what it should look like and the after is what happens when imported into Rise. The blue is a solid colour why is Rise altering it? This has also happened on several other images where there is a solid colour. Please help.
maybe your cover photo is too small, so Rise is scaling it up to fit in and that´s why it´s blurry. Rise is scaling pictures by itself and you can upload very big ones up to 5GB.
My photo is 5184 px by 2916 at 72 dpi so I dont think it is too small. I was acting onadvice from someone in another thread, (which I can't finf at the moment, sorry) for the most part it works . A much beter quality picture. However The solid colours end up like those in my examples. I don't know why rise would mess with a solid colour?

Hm this really should be okay. Maybe you want to contact the support directly and they can have a look into this.
