Are you looking for the ability to wrap text around an image or something similar? That is something I know a few folks have looked for in Storyline previously and could be another good feature request for Rise. It's always helpful to know a bit more about what you're looking to accomplish so that we can get those ideas in the hands of our Product team!
Also could you share a bit more about the hotspots you're using in Rise? A screenshot or a link to your Rise course would be helpful to make sure we're talking about the same thing!
