I am trying to create assessment tasks for my course. I cannot find and option where my students are able to present a written response that I can go into and Mark or an option for the students to load videos of them completing practical tasks. Am I missing something? :)
An option I use for live answers is to include a link to google slides or docs and students write their answers there. I know it is not an ideal solution though - as you are guiding students out of the course. Rise also has an email option... again leading users out of the course though.

Rise is just a course development tool.
A LMS would typically allow for students to be given assignments and tasks, submit assignments for review by an instructor, upload files, etc.
