XLF exported from rise does not contain all text

Hello Team,

We have already raised the query on this platform in the last month but still, we have faced the same issue in the last to last week. We have re-exported the xlf and it works fine for us. Could you please let us know if there any technical issues while exporting the xlf from articulate rise?

Hi Vikram,

We were able to release a patch for this issue, as detailed in the post you mentioned.  You'll need to re-export a new translation file to capture all the text in the course.

Are you still experiencing the same thing even with new courses?  If so, can you open a case with us so that we can investigate this?  We'll be happy to look into your translation file to find out what is happening.
