I keep getting a zip folder after exporting. The zip folder just contains data but not the actual course. I have a trial subscription. Please advise how to export properly.
It sounds like you exported your Rise 360 course for Web or LMS. The zip file from the export can be uploaded to your web server or learning management system.
Thanks for the update, Alan. For Safari users, you can change this setting in your Safari preferences to disable opening "safe" files after downloading them:

When you export a course, you will get a ZIP file. That is the correct and expected output except when you are exporting the course as a PDF.
If you open the ZIP file, do you see any folders or files?
What export settings are you using?

How were you planning to share your course with learners?
