When I publish a SCORM 2004 course optioned in Storyline to report Complete/Incomplete, this is the result I get when passing the quiz on cloud.scorm.com:

Hi,
I have asimilar error tracking: when publishing in SCORM 2004 the tracking onquiz gives a Failed in success, while the quiz is not being completed or even started. The problem comes up with anyof the status options.
No problem when I publish for SCORM 1.2
What’s the troublewith 2004 ?

Success: failed is a serious bug for Completed/Incomplete and should be fixed.
Try Passed/Incomplete if your reporting and/or LMS will take those values.
As I said, the problem occur no matter the report status option was selected: I get a success failed when the quiz is not started/not ended.
