All caps on tabs in Rise

Can you change this so we can choose whether the tabs are in all caps or title case? Also, to be able to choose whether it uses our chosen header or paragraph font?

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate.

      Hi cmoore00 and HVfb0f498d-053b,

      Thanks for reaching out!

I've shared both of your comments with our developers, so we'll update you here if we have news to share.

        Hi KellyAuner,
With reference to the previous conversation, I am experiencing the same issue on my end. Could you please provide an update on this matter?

        Thank you in advance.

  • I’m experiencing the same issue. The div tag worked as expected until about two weeks ago. It’s frustrating to see functionality that directly affects readability break. Please prioritize fixing this issue, as capitalization change the meaning of a word and negatively impacts the user experience.

      Hi ShirleyNguyen-c,

Thanks for adding your voice and letting us know what’s happening! I understand the frustration when a workaround you’ve relied on stops working, especially when capitalization affects the meaning of your text.

Could you share the exact div tag code you were using and where you added it? That would help us understand how the workaround was applied and what you’re seeing now.

I’d also like to understand how much of your training is affected. How widely have you used this workaround across your courses?

I applied the following code directly in the tab heading field, based on the workaround shared in How to prevent all upper-case in Tabs block headings:

        <div style="text-transform: none;">Tab Header</div>

This workaround had been working consistently until this past Tuesday. Since then, I’ve noticed that the code is no longer present in multiple courses where I had previously used it. If I try to add the code back into the tab heading field now, the HTML itself appears as plain text in the tab header instead of being applied.
