Hi, Has anyone else had issues with Review 360 over the last few days? The review links keep kicking out my SMEs when they're review courses (forcing them to start all over again). Now, I can't publish to Review 360 from Storyline. I've submitted a ticket. It appears to be part of a larger issue, as it's affecting my colleagues across Canada. I've attached the message I'm getting when I try to publish to Review 360. I have tried publishing it to a new review linkSolved1.1KViews1like37CommentsNew in Review 360: Request Review
Are you sick of chasing down stakeholders to get them to review your courses? If so, you’re going to love being able to request and track reviews directly in Review 360. This handy new option will you save time—and headaches—by eliminating the need for endless back and forth with your stakeholders about where they’re at in the feedback process. Here’s how it works: When you open a course in Review 360, you’ll see an all-new Review Request button. Once you’ve selected that button, simply add stakeholder email addresses, share any additional information they might need, choose a due date, and hit Send Request. From there, Review 360 saves you time by taking over the notification process. It will email reviewers about your project right away. And if you add a due date, it’ll automatically send reminder nudges to your reviewers just before, on, and after that date if they haven’t finished looking over your course. And that’s not all! You and your stakeholders can now easily see where everyone is in the review process right within Review 360 thanks to the status labels that appear next to each reviewer’s name. So you won’t need to email stakeholders to check up on them because you’ll already know what’s going on. I have a scorm built in a different platform that I want to embed in a lesson in Rise 360. A google search says this is possible. " AI Overview Yes, you can upload SCORM files from another platform to Articulate Rise 360, as long as the file is exported in the correct format: SCORM format: Rise 360 supports SCORM 1.2 and any edition of SCORM 2004. Hello, Is there any way to download a file from Review after publishing it to Review? I ask as I am working on a storyline 360 project, published to review for my team to review, and then my computer crashed. Our IT was not able to recover any files from my computer. So the training is in Review, but I don't know if I can get the file from there some how. Is that possible? Thank you637Views0likes34CommentsReview 360
Hello, During several reviews in Review 360, my SMEs and I noticed that comments left in the Comments box do not directly align with the referenced section while in Review 360. In other words, because of the scrolling feature, it's sometimes challenging to locate the actual area of concern in the course that needs attention. Is there a way to make the Comment box and the area of concern static on the page?600Views1like3CommentsStoryline not publishing to Review
Hello all, My team and I have been trying to publish some storyline files to review today, but we keep getting an error. I didn't see anything on the Articulate Status page, so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone else is having this issue today? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!Solved599Views6likes20CommentsReview 360 requiring Articulate account holders to sign in to leave feedback
I have a Rise course being reviewed by several people on Review 360 and it is set to allow comments without an ID and to not require email to comment. Some of my reviewers had Articulate accounts for eLearning Heroes or support in the past but are no longer actively using the accounts. They are not 360 subscribers. Review is requiring them to sign in before they can leave comments. It is not ideal since most have not used their IDs in a long time and must reset their password before they can complete their review. With tight timelines, and busy schedules, this is causing abrasion and confusion with my project team. Is this an expected behavior? Can this be turned off so anyone can comment without signing in?566Views0likes32Comments
