Every time that I place a video in a block on Rise 360, after exporting the content, I get a message upon viewing in my LMS that "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I'm loading standard mp4 files, under 200 MB (when the stated limit is 5 GB). I've tried multiple browsers - my default Chrome, IE 11, Edge, and Safari and all are experiencing the same issue. I can see the video when I preview my Rise course or share it from the Articulate site, but not once I've exported the course and uploaded it to my LMS. Can anyone help me? Thank you.491Views0likes59CommentsBlocks not loading when Rise course is viewed
Hi, I'm having a problem with a project I'm working on. There are some problematic blocks which refuse to load for some reason. For instance, there should be a question here (screenshot taken from the "preview" section in the Rise editor. There is no media to load in the block - just a standard text question, as seen below: This happens with other blocks too - my client has noticed it happening when loading certain images. We assumed that it was perhaps down to a loading issue on either his connection, or my hosting - but now that it's happening in the Rise editor, it seems that something is happening that I can't explain. Any thoughts?318Views0likes23CommentsInteractivity in Rise Custom Blocks
Hello Articulate: We are really looking forward to seeing Interactivity in the new Rise Custom Blocks. Can you advise when we might be seeing this? It would be great if the interactivity could include being able to click on an image or object to view callouts of text and/or images. One way to accomplish this would be to add the ability to display Storyline objects in the Custom blocks. Hi all, Ever since I use Rise, which is about 15 months, there is ENGLISH, SPANISH, FRENCH and GERMAN available and under "More Languages" it say's "COMING SOON". Here in Switzerland, we would need ITALIAN, as per our three-language nature - actually with our ROMANSH it's four, but only about 25K people speak that. Fun fact on the side ;-). My Question: are ITALIAN LABELS planned to be available at all? If yes, could you give me an idea about when it would be available? Thanks in advance for your support and have a great weekend soon Roland332Views0likes22CommentsContent width for all blocks
Hi all, I love being able to change the content width of my text blocks - this looks great. Will the other blocks be updated to be able to do the same any time soon? For example, Accordion or Tab blocks. Using these under a text block that has been made wider looks a bit weird, now.152Views2likes11CommentsWhat's the best free xliff translation software or website?
I'm looking for a recommendation on software or website for XLIFF translation that is free or low cost. Looking primarily to translation from English into Spanish and Simplified Chinese. Other languages such as German, Czech, and Italian would be helpful, as well.1KViews0likes3CommentsIssue with AI Voice Over – No Audio Track Generated
Hello, I’d like to report an issue with the AI voice-over feature in Rise. Today, it is not generating an audio track as expected. I’ve tried multiple times. It keeps showing Processing audio for hours, but no audio is produced. Could you please look into this or let me know if there’s a known issue? Thanks. SharonIn Rise, can failed quiz attempts go to the exit page?
I created a Rise course. The quiz requires an 80% score to pass. The learner has three attempts to take the quiz. If they don't pass the quiz on the third attempt, they will fail. Is there a way to make Rise go to an exit page if the user fails the third attempt of the quiz? Thanks.10Views0likes0CommentsRise 360 Custom Blocks Responsive
Hi. The new Custom Blocks feature in Rise is brilliant however, they don't seem to be fully responsive, like the rest of the Blocks in Rise. To try and explain what I mean - when you resize the screen, the whole block just gets smaller. This can look a little odd next to some of the other blocks that are responsive. For example, if using a text block - the text is responsive and adjusts accordingly, whilst maintaining a legible size. But any text in a custom block is not responsive - it stays to the same layout and just gets physically smaller, which can make it difficult to read on smaller screens. Does anyone have any workarounds for this please? Just to add - I really like the new features and if the above could be resolved the custom blocks are going to be a brilliant development/tool in terms of design. Thank you.69Views0likes3CommentsCode Block Completion
