Hi, Is there a way to change the font color of system buttons (aka the Divider Continue button)? Seems to me like it would be an easy fix by just adding that to the block's setting. I'm currently building courses and our Brand color is light green. But for an unknown reason, the system uses white font on my Continue buttons that uses the Brand color. So, we can barely see the text on those buttons and it doesn't pass the WCAG 2.1 contrast requirements. I can't change the shade of the green color since it's our brand color. What can I do? Why the option to change the text on those system buttons (or even changing the colors of those buttons) is not available? Thanks299Views0likes24CommentsError when attempting to send a Rise course

We have several Rise tutorials that use YouTube content embedded using iFrames. Doing accessibility testing, we recently discovered that these become keyboard traps. Users can tab into the content and play it, but the standard guidance of using esc to navigate out of the video isn't working and tabbing through also doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have insight into what we need to do to make this content fully keyboard accessible? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!87Views2likes3CommentsIntroducing Quick Share: One-Click Publishing for Everyday Learning

I would like it to be possible in Rise to have shortcuts at the top of a page that link to sections further down, similar to what you find on websites. A list of topics at the beginning of the page that I can click on to jump directly to a specific section, without having to scroll through the entire page to access it.15Views0likes1CommentRise 360 - Scenario module (AI Blocks – Magic Text Import.)
Hello, community! I’ve encountered an error while creating a scenario using AI Blocks – Magic Text Import. After inserting the text and generating the scenario (using the template provided by Articulate for scenarios), I’m unable to select the Go to: action for responses 1 and 2. When I click Next in Scenario in Response 1, the dropdown options open under Response 3 instead. The same thing happens when I click Next in Scenario in Response 2 — it also opens the dropdown for Response 3. I’ve tested generating the scenario twice using AI Blocks – Magic Text Import, and the issue keeps appearing. You can see the issue in the attached image. Dear Community/Support Team, I need adivce. My subscription is expiring in a few weeks, and I would like to renew it. However, I need to change my data center from the US to the EU (we are based in the EU, yet for some reason, our account is allocated to the US data center) as I’m experiencing issues sharing files with external partners. Could you please clarify the process for making this change? I was informed that one option is to let the account expire and start a new one, but I’m concerned about what will happen to my Rise files and other content. I’d really appreciate your guidance on the best way to proceed. Thank you in advance for your help.1.6KViews0likes28Comments
