1334 TopicsIntroducing Annotated Screenshots in Review360
We've added Annotated Screenshots to Review 360, which improves how reviewers provide feedback to course authors. This feature enables reviewers to add annotations directly onto screenshots of course content. Reviewers can capture images while giving feedback and use various tools to mark them up—including text, boxes, lines, highlighting, and freehand drawing. Each annotated image connects to its related comment, making it easier for authors to understand exactly what needs changing. How to use this feature.1.3KViews19likes17CommentsAllow publishing access for more than one owner
My team works in a very collaborative environment and the "owner" of the course in Rise360 may not be the only owner or the only person that needs access to publish the course to our LMS. We previously all had access to publish the course as long as we were listed as collaborators (manager or editor). As of today, this access is gone and only the owner has the option to publish the course. I saw in Articulate Community that this question has been asked previously in the context of an employee leaving the organization and it was recommended to just share the link. This does not allow us to publish the course in our LMS to track completion for compliance. I'm not sure what changed for us to previously have access to the publish feature regardless of ownership or why we no longer have the access to do so, but there should at the very least be an option to assign collaborators as "co-owners" so we can have equal publishing/modification rights on team projects. Thank you!120Views13likes1CommentNew Custom Rise Blocks not Appearing in Review
I just created and used my first custom Rise blocks--excited about this feature so I don't have to jump into Storyline to create simple interactions. One issue is that the custom interactions aren't showing in the review link I've created. I can seem them in preview mode in the course but not in review. There's no placeholder etc. It just looks as if it doesn't exist. Is this a known bug?524Views8likes15CommentsSOCIAL LEARNING in Articulate Rise
I LOVE Articulate Rise but... I am aware of the fact that the possibilities for Social Learning with these courses are none. And what I mean by that is the letting the learners to drop comments about specific sections of the course and have replies and interactions with those comments. I know it is hard to develop something from scratch but... wait a minute! That is exactly what the REVIEW 360 section does with the courses. What if.... Articulate uses the same engine to manage comments already available for Review 360 and let us use it to be able to add comments to blocks of the course?? Please respond or vote to this if you agree. I am not optimist, but you never know.87Views8likes0CommentsUnable to Log Into Articulate 360 - “AxiosError” Across Devices!
Hi everyone, Is anyone else seeing this issue today? I’ve been unable to log into both the Articulate 360 desktop app and the web version. The login page loads, but I get an “AxiosError” message every time I try to sign in. I’ve already tried restarting, clearing cache, reinstalling, and even logging in from my phone (on mobile data), but the same error appears everywhere. Is anyone else experiencing this, or has Articulate confirmed a login outage? It was working fine until I had to restart my computer.Solved319Views6likes17CommentsPublishing from Storyline and Rise not working
Anyone else out there having an issue publishing to SL and/or Rise today (8/22)? I published from Rise earlier today without issue but when I went to republish it just keeps saying "Connecting to Review 360". With SL, it looks like it wants to publish and then an error message displays with "Something went wrong".165Views6likes6CommentsStoryline not publishing to Review
Hello all, My team and I have been trying to publish some storyline files to review today, but we keep getting an error. I didn't see anything on the Articulate Status page, so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone else is having this issue today? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!Solved757Views6likes26CommentsArticulate 360 User Guides are Moving!
Hey, everyone! As we get ready to say goodbye to 2025 and hello to 2026, we're setting you up for even greater success in the new year. In the next few weeks, we’re moving the user guides you know and love in ELH over to our other documentation database in Product Support! That means you’ll soon have a “one-stop shop" for all of your Articulate 360 documentation needs. This change will also improve the accuracy and responsiveness of Artie, our AI support agent. (Did you know you can ask Artie to find documentation for you instead of searching?) Unifying our databases enables us to analyze usage more deeply so we can better tailor our documentation to meet your needs. Plus, it gives us more options for translating user guides into other languages to serve our global community. Once everything has been transferred, the directories for the individual user guides you depend on (and may have bookmarked), like those for Storyline 360 and Rise 360, will remain available in ELH for your convenience. When you follow the links to the individual articles, they’ll take you to the Product Support knowledge base. We'll have landing pages for each Articulate 360 product there as well. We have a few more things to put in place before flipping the switch, but the transition should be seamless for you when it happens in the next few weeks. Let us know if you have any concerns or questions in the meantime.Solved143Views5likes3Comments
