Worked in the Financial Services Industry for 25 years, primarily claims but lately in compliance and training. Gained a foundation degree in teaching in 2014 and had a year teaching at a further education college and for Government agencies delivering functional skills English and Maths, employability skills training and providing mentoring/coaching.
