Kim Howie
Moved from management operations to training in 2004 within same department. Primary responsibility is departmental orientation but was able to implement a performance support system where staff members can find up-to-date (mostly) on information and procedures. Just finished a major project with 3 other trainers where we trained each other's staff members on the 2 department's systems and worked with management to develop one set of procedures. I loved the collaboration and supportive environment among the 4 of us. -
