Mariecel holds a Masters degree in Computer Assisted Instruction and a MBL from UNISA. She has been in the Training industry since 1985 where she started her career as a high school teacher. After completing her M-Ed (CAI) CUM Laude, she moved into the corporate world we she worked as Training Manager. She started BIHRD Consulting in 2001 where she could realise her dreams of creating a training company specialising in the e-learning and technology based training environment. In her personal life, Mariecel is an avid bird watcher and plays the odd game of golf. Motto: Always under promise and over deliver!
