Very much a beginner - just amazed at the support and advice available on E-Learning Heroes - when I get stuck I head on over and just about every time I find the answer. Currently developing (slowly!) a CD and web based e-learning course from a paper based version and as a lot of our learners have reading difficulties it will give them the opportunity to be self paced and less dependent on tutor support - the self management and choices available will help towards improving their confidence.
