Rich Totten
With more than 30 years of leadership experience in information services, communications, financial, banking, insurance, government, consulting, project management, healthcare, and customer service, I have seen first-hand how technology and training can be utilized within an organization. I bring more than 15 years of experience training peers, support staff, clients, and students and, as a result, have had the unique privilege of contributing to positive results. I am quite adept at leading teams and organizations in designing, developing, and implementing training solutions. My experience in many industries of the corporate structure have enabled me to develop a unique perspective and employ this perspective to administer effective and efficient training programs to support the corporate mission and goals. I have the talented ability to learn new programs quickly, which enables me to contribute to an organization rapidly. My expertise includes managing individual projects to directing whole organizations. -
