I have ten years of online and classroom teaching experience with adolescents and adults in secondary and post-secondary learning environments. Five years of those years have been spent doing instructional design, development, delivery, and facilitation of teacher education courses for the Alternative Resident Licensure Program offered at the University. Currently, I am looking to make a career change from teaching into instructional design, but really don't know where to begin.
