I am currently in charge to define tools and method for training that THALES (Air Operation Division) deliver to its customer Previously, I worked for Thomson/Technicolor. I trained technical people in the broadcast domain and I led important training programme as training manager. Nowaday my main interest is to integrate eLearning technology within our training programme in order to develop "Blended Training"
