If you've ever wished you could display movies in your course at a larger scale than the usual PowerPoint slide stage (which is 720 x 540 pixels), here's a pretty neat trick. If you record your video at 980 x 560 pixels, and you insert it onto a slide that is displayed in No Sidebar view, the movie will fill the entire width of your player.

This is great for situations when you really want to take advantage of as much real estate as possible and make your video as big as you can.
