I have created an engage interaction in Articulate. It has 7 tabs and an introduction. I have imported audio on all. Audio plays for all but the introduction tab. I have checked. The audio is there. It plays in the audio editor but when previewed or published, there is no audio in the introduction tab.
Can you let me know what version of Engage you're using? That way I can look at testing and recreating the issue. You can also share your .intr file here with us and we're happy to take a look!

As you'll see in our Studio 360 Version History, we've made the difficult decision of freezing Studio 360, which means we will not continue releasing any bug fixes or features at this time. I used the Zoom Image interaction.

For now: Since you are using Engage 360, you have access to the entire Articulate 360 suite. Have you considered using Storyline to create the Zoom Interaction?
