I have a labelled graphic with audio for each of 4 steps. When I preview each individual step, the audio plays for that step. But when I preview the entire interaction 1-2-3-4, the audio doesn't play but when I come back to step 1 it works. And after that, they seem to play or not play randomly. Oddly, often it seems to work if I click the steps backward, i.e. 4-3-2-1.
Suggestions please?? And I'd be happy to send this interaction for private review.
I had other problems with this file, not able to publish, so I opened a new file and imported the slides. That solved the issue with publishing but not this audio issue with Engage. Basically, I have four steps, each with its own audio. There is audio for the introduction and that plays. Sounds great Carrie. I just know there have been some previous audio/HTML5 type issues that were resolved with updates. I was curious if that may be the case for you as well.
