Can't progress past a Labeled Graphic screen

Hi there.
I have a course that is locked down. I have a Labeled Graphic Engage screen that I can't get past. Sometimes when I go back and try it again it will work, but even clicking on the top right nav buttons and then Next Slide doesn't work.
I have tried numerous approaches - Deleting the screen and re-building, Setting the Allow User to Leave to Anytime. But it's still not working for me. I have similar Engage screens elsewhere in the course and there are no issues with these.
This is driving me insane! And I have an impatient client waiting to use the course!!!
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Greg,
If an Engage interaction with audio in the last step does not advance as expected to the next slide in a Presenter presentation, you may be experiencing a corrupt time code in your interaction. Please review the following article for solutions:

Hi Brian.
There is no audio at all in this Engage screen.
Hi Greg,
I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
Thanks Brian
Hi there.
I was contacted by the excellent Articulate Support team.
They suggested changing the duration of the auto play duration in the engage data file and this worked!
I am very happy now.
Details below...
Please note that the default slide duration for each interaction label/tab/step is 5 seconds long. The user will have to wait 5 seconds after selecting the *last* step/label/tab on the interaction. If you wish to bypass this default duration, break out your favorite text editor (Notepad will do) and navigate to the published folder for your project. Locate the following:
\data\swf\engage_257\engage_content
Note: the engage_257 folder will be different for each Engage Interaction that is inserted into the presentation.
After finding the appropriate engage folder ...\engage_content, open the data.xml file in your text editor (notepad). Locate the following text:
autoplayduration="5"
... and change to:
autoplayduration=".1"
Sweet. Thanks for posting the follow-up!
This fix my problem too. Thanks so much for posting the feedback you got!
Hi,
How can i solve the same problem in the older Engage version?
Thank you.
Hi Tiago,
Are you referring to Engage 1 or Engage '09?
Engage 1
