Hi. I downloaded 2 of these (flipbook and stairstep) from the website, and one installed in my community interactions; the other didn't. When I highlight the name in my downloads and select "open with Articulate Engage" it crashes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I'm not sure about what I'm writing but I remember that the community interactions from articulate 09 are not supported in Articulate 13. Could someone from Articulate confirm or not this point? thanks
You're correct - community interactions are not supported within Studio 13 and have been replaced by process interactions.
Marsha, are you still using Studio 09?
Please make sure your interaction file is local:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).
If you've downloaded and installed the interactions, you should see them the next time you open Engage like in the image below:
