Linda, yes to both questions. However, if you need both versions of Engage, you'll need to have them on separate machines. Let me know if you need anything else. --Daniel
Linda, this tutorial refers to how you'd import an Engage 09 into Storyline. Currently, Articulate Storyline doesn't support importing content from Articulate Presenter '13, Articulate Quizmaker '13, or Articulate Engage '13. We're working to make this feature available in a free update for Storyline but I don't have a timeline on when that will be released.

I really wish Articulate had told us that upgrading to Studio '13 would remove importation capability into Storyline. When is this going to be fixed? Please refrain from releasing updates that are not compatible with all of your products.
I agree Ashley. I've spent this year converting all my trainings to Storyline that include engage features. Now we are updating those trainings and I will have to save each one as a web object? What fun...
I don't have any information on a time frame for the Storyline update mentioned, but we'll post in this thread once we have information so you'll want to ensure you're subscribed to replies at the top.
In regards to the web object, Engage 09 interactions were always imported into Storyline as a web object as you'll see described here. The example Mike Enders shared in the thread linked above, lets you know how to bypass the normal "Import content" feature to use Engage 13 interactions as web objects within Storyline. If I'm misunderstanding what your set up is William, please let me know.

Thanks Daniel for helping Linda out here.

How do I update my old storyline files with engage if engage 13 does not work with storyline? I'm on a deadline.
Try inserting them as web objects.
Hi William and welcome to Heroes!
Mike Enders shared information here to add the Engage interaction as a web object.

Hey George,
We hear yha!
Let us know how it goes with using Mike's web object suggestion - hopefully that'll do the trick.
Good luck with the project and have a great Friday :)
