I have some Engage Interactions where I've added audio just to the introduction. The audio starts plays for a few seconds then starts again playing on top of itself. This is not the first time it's happened. Previously I messed with it a couple of days and it finally corrected itself, but I don't remember what I did.
It also keeps telling me my audio file is 24 bit, when it isn't, it's 16 bit. I am an audio engineer so I don't think this one is operator error unless went and changed standards somewhere.
This thread is a bit older and I don't see any additional replies from Pam. Can you confirm that you're using the latest update of Engage? We're on Update 7 and you can see all the release notes here.
