We have about 11 online modules which work fine, but some computers won't load Engage interactions - just get a spinning circle, or the circle just flashes.
Any ideas why this may happen only on some computers?
Are your interactions part of a Presenter course? If so, check out the troubleshooters here and here for possible reasons and solutions. It's also always a good idea to ensure your users are using the most recent version of Flash. Let us know if that's helpful. Thanks!
