Just wondering if anyone else has run across the problem of Engage interactions not advancing on a mac? Once I click through all the hotspots the navigation buttons in the main player template are greyed out, so the only way to advance is by clicking on the next slide in the slide outline panel on the left.
I am having trouble with my engage interactions on storyline after publishing.
I have published in LMS and Web - both of which play just fine on my PC, however neither published version will play my engage interactions on my mac.. its simply a white screen. Everything else works great except for engage.

Thank you, I just called support and they recommended I uninstall and reinstall. I had an old version and for some reason the updates weren't showing up.

Just uninstalled/reinstalled with everything up to date and I'm still having the same error.
