I am having a problem opening Engage interactions on a Mac running Mountain Lion. I have Engage interactions and Quizmaker interactions in a Presenter file. The Engage slides will not open on a Mac running Mountain Lion. Or rather, some will and some won't, and I have not yet figured out the difference. Any ideas?
If an Engage interaction in your published Presenter '09 presentation will not load during playback, this Knowledge Base article is the best place to begin.
If that doesn't help, for viewing Studio '09 content on a Mac, we support Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, and Google Chrome. Which browser are you using in Mountain Lion? Could you try all three browsers in order to nail down the specific incompatibility? We'd be very interested in knowing if Mountain Lion changed something that relates to Engage interactions.
I have opened a support case. It's happening in all three browsers on a Mac running Mountain Lion. Our help desk people met with the student and updated everything they could think of - all browsers, java, flash, etc. Most of the Engage interactions won't open, but there are a few that will, so that's the package I attached to the support ticket. Hopefully you can see what the difference might be.
I am considering rebuilding everything in Storyline, but I have a LOT of content so that would be a large undertaking.

Once you've gathered all the details, would you mind creating an Articulate package of your course, and then upload the zip file via a support case so that we can take a look? Thanks!
