I am running multiple monitors with the correct resolution settings for each monitor. When I open Engage or Quizmaker the window is REALLY small and cannot be re-sized. I am using PPT 2013.
I had a similar problem a few months back. I was advised to go to programs and just reinstall the program, It did take some time but it was sorted. Technology and its glitches. All the best.
Just to make sure we are clear....When I click on the Engage button from within PowerPoint or quizmaker, the window that opens is WAYY too small. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still not working....The regular engage window opens up fine when I open it using the shortcut.....Please provide a fix....I don't have time for all of this......I am up against deadlines.
I'm clear on what you're seeing, but I'm not able to replicate the same behavior in my set up. Did you confirm that you're using the latest updates? Also, you mentioned multiple monitors with the correct resolution for each - have you tried to see how it looks when you've only got one monitor running? Are you moving Presenter/Engage from one monitor to the other? Are you running on a PC or in a Mac Virtual Environment? If you're using a Mac with a Retina display, you may find that user interface elements in Articulate apps are small and difficult to read. To correct it, disable Retina resolution for your Windows virtual machine.
Thanks for sharing that here - you mentioned Notebook only, and is that the device you're using? Which notebook device? You'll want to ensure it meets the minimum system requirements detailed here. Did you also look into which update of Studio you're using? The latest update is Update 7, you can check which update by going to the Help tab and clicking on "About Articulate Presenter" to see the update number listed - and you will also want to confirm you're following the general guidelines here for working on project files.
Thanks for checking those elements...since I"m unable to replicate it on my end but you're still having difficulty it's likely best to continue working on this with our Support Engineers so that they can take a better look at your system set up.

Hi Shane,
I'd also recommend ensuring that you are using the latest updates of Studio '13 which you can download there and also if you need to conduct the repair follow the steps here.

Monitors are all on the correct resolution. Took it down to notebook only, restarted and the issue is the same.
