Welcome to Heroes, Arne. Unfortunately, Articulate is no longer offering the Engage software development kit. Is there something in particular you were hoping to do that might be offered in Storyline?
I also have a need for the Engage SDK. My client has asked for us create a couple of custom interactions for them. These are to be used by SMEs already familiar with and using Studio 09. My client does not want to purchase copies of Storyline for the SMEs, nor do they feel SL is an appropriate tool for them. I understand about sunsetting support for the SDK but I don't understand why the SDK isn't available while the 09 Studio is still available.
Really sorry that we no longer offer the Engage '09 SDK. It's simply something that we no longer have access to. The product development team has turned its focus toward getting our next version of Engage ready as part of the forthcoming Studio package, promising to bring a really rich and robust experience with it. I would be glad to take on the Engage SDK without support. Storyline would be overkill for what I want to do.
