Exporting Media Need to reuse your media in a different project? Easy. Engage lets you export media from a media tour interaction. Here's how:
Select the item in the Steps panel that you want to export. Go to the Media Tour tab on the ribbon and click Export Media. Browse to the location where you want to save your exported media. Click Save.
How can I export media (image) from an Engage file that is NOT the Media Tour type?
Not all interaction types have the Export feature. Which interaction type are you using? With a bit more information, I can point you in the right direction!
Curious as to why that ability wouldn't be functional throughout Engage 360, regardless of the interaction type. Same for all Articulate 360 Apps. Seems to me that any media should be exportable from within the source file.
I am rebuilding old courses from Engage in Rise. As a newer developer on the team, I'm digging through old files and sometimes the only image is within the Engage file. Any update on exporting not just the audio, but the images from a course?

Hello Terri!
Good find, but that one is special :) I'm not sure of another interaction type that has an export feature.
You can export Engage '13 audio one 'step' at a time as explained here.
Hope that helps. Let us know what interaction type and maybe we can offer some further assistance.
Thanks for your help. This is a Tabs Interaction and I'd like to export pictures.

Hi Terri,
Great question - that I'd just be guessing at the answer 😀 ... that if you inserted the image, you'd not need the export option?
I can see how if someone sent you the file you may want to export out images to use in another course, so I think that makes a great Feature request.
If you’re wondering what happens when you submit a feature request, here’s our process!
