I have created an FAQ interaction and inserted into Presenter. It works great except if I click the last question, the slide seekbar jumps ahead and the narration is cut off before it is completed. If I listen to the entire narration and then click on a question, this seems to work well. But I don't think I can count on a user waiting to hear the entire narration before clicking on questions.
Sorry, forgot to mention....I have a different problem with the same slide in PowerPoint (the one the interaction is on). Each time I publish or preview, the slide "loses" the layout and I have to reapply it. Any suggestions? Thanks again!
Just wanted to provide an update for the community. Raylene was able to fix her timing issue by changing the length of her slide and the other issue was due to using a template that she was not aware of because Presenter held it from her last presentation and that was resolved as well.
