Glossary Tab problem

2nd Request for Glossary Help!!

I updated the glossary file and re-published to the main document. No change in file name. Now I have two glossary tabs, both old and new. Only the new file is in the course folder.

1. How do I get rid of the old tab?

2. How do I prevent this from happening again?

I'm working in Studio '09 and ppt 07.
