I added images to an engage interaction (the Time-line) and when I click on the zoom button, the image disappears. However, this does not happen when previewing the module, only when published and uploaded onto our website. Any idea why this may be occuring?
It looks like your web server is doing something funky to the URL's of the image files. For some reason, it's trying to redirect the links to the image files. Can you check with your IT group to see if there is a setting that they've changed that would cause this issue?
Alternatively, can you post one of the image files that you're using in the Engage interaction? I'm curious if the size of the image is what is actually causing the issue.
