I created an Engage module to upload to Storyline. According to Storyline it was uploaded successfully. It displays in the storyboard, but when I publish the course the Engage module is blank. Are there special configurations that I need to apply when I publish it?
How are you viewing your course? Engage interactions that you import into Storyline should work as expected in the default Flash content, but they're not supported in HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile Player app for iPad. (You can check out a comparison of Storyline's Flash, HTML5, and Articulate Mobile Player output by looking at this page.)
If you are viewing the Flash output but you're still not seeing the imported Engage interaction, would you mind submitting your files to our support team so they can take a look? Thanks!
I am publishing it to the web. I unchecked the "HTML 5" option, but still cannot see it, but when I publish it to an LMS and uncheck "HTML 5" it works.

I think this solves the problem. Thanks!!
