We are using the FAQ Engage template to post job aids to our LMS. They open the Engage and the "questions" are categories. In each category is a series of URLs that open PDF files for printing. Been working great until last week when I went to add more links. The address won't take. There's no active link when I test and when I reopen the link in the editor there's nothing there.
Are the links longer than 128 characters? Engage has a maximum character limit of 128 characters for hyperlinks. Please see the following article for workarounds to this character limit:

The links are not longer that 128 characters so that's not the issue. I'll submit a support case.

Okay, I deleted the two tabs in the interaction that were giving me trouble and rebuilt them. Great! The links all work now.
But . . . they are all going to the same document! And if I try to fix one, they all get "fixed" it's like they are connected somehow.
Now what? Any thoughts on this weirdness?
